Our admin team do a fantastic job of keeping our clinic running in an organised and tidy fashion.

We have a large focus on customer service, and use a variety of different software/systems to provide the best experience for all those who come through our doors.

As a fully supported Receptionist/Administration Assistant, our staff also work to complete a Traineeship for a Certificate 3 or 4 in Business!

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

– Willingness to undertake a traineeship for Cert IV in Business (minimum 1yr contract)

– An active interest in health/fitness/wellbeing

– Familiarity with Cliniko (booking software)

– Sociable, willing to create a friendly relationship with clientele

– Great communication skills

– Friendly but professional phone manner

– A genuine desire to provide high quality customer service

– Attention to detail

– Computer skills (especially word, excel)

– Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager App & Canva

– Reliable, trustworthy, confident and efficient

– Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)

The duties include (but are not limited to):

– Deal with general reception duties – taking payments, scheduling/cancelling appointments, answering the phone, data entry, filing

– Client communication – both via text and phone calls – appointment confirmations, follow-ups, other communications

– Scheduling social media posts and adverts

– General cleaning of clinic

– Stock-take and ordering necessary products

– Complete coursework for Cert IV of Business

Bonuses offered for taking initiative and going above & beyond levels of expectation.
For Part-Time staff, any un-used personal will be paid out in December each year as a Christmas bonus. You will also receive our staff discount for massage treatments.

Are you an amazing Myotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist or currently studying to be one?

We love hearing from other therapists who would like to know more about joining our vibrant team!

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

– Bachelor or Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and/or Diploma of Remedial Massage – WILLING TO ACCEPT A CONFIDENT STUDENT AT LEAST 50% THROUGH THEIR COURSE

– Professional indemnity insurance

– Provider numbers for private health claims (all funds)

– First Aid (kept up to date)

– Must be confident to treat a variety of different client types

– Interest in exercise. We have many gym partners, so having experience in the gym will be beneficial.

– Extra bonus if qualified in Fitness

– Permanent resident or Australian Citizen

– Experience preferred, but not necessary
